Effective File Search is an efficient searching application, performing any complex search task. It enhances file searching and provides more results' managing opportunities than a standard build-in Windows Search utility. This utility is able to search for files located on PC hard-drive, floppy-drive, CD, network, etc. All popular file formats are supported (MS Office files, PDF, RTF, HTML and many other text and binary files). A user can set different filters when searching for files (date, size, keywords, or any other file parameter.) This utility can even search through text files to find the ones that contain necessary keywords, sentences or paragraphs. Effective File Search saves time and increases performance as it enables creating a search template with all search parameters specified in advance. This feature is very beneficial for those users who repeatedly perform an identical or similar search. Effective File Search has a handful of unique features considering not only searching algorithms, but also results' output and presentation as well. After the search, all relevant files are presented in the list form. The file(s) from this list can be easily opened, renamed, copied or deleted. It is possible to sort the found files by their names, path, size, date and type. The results and search parameters can be saved to a file or printed.
